How mail-in repair works
Not near our London workshop? Most of our customers outside London send their laptop by post. It is the same repair service at the same prices as for a walk-in customer, without the trip.
- Get in touch. Call 020 7237 6805 or send us the details and describe the fault. We'll tell you what to expect before you send anything.
- Pack it securely. Use a sturdy box with padding all round the laptop. Include a note with your name, contact number and a short description of the fault.
- Post it to us at 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, or arrange a pickup if you'd rather not queue at the post office.
- We assess and quote. The tear-down assessment is £45 + VAT. We confirm the full repair cost with you before doing any chargeable work.
- We repair it and send it back. We give you a timescale with the quote.
