How it works
Most customers in Bournemouth use our UK mail-in repair service. Pack the laptop well and post it to our workshop, or arrange a pickup. We begin with an assessment, which costs £45 + VAT. It is a proper tear-down and bench diagnosis rather than a quick look, so it takes time. You then get a quote, and nothing chargeable is done until you agree to it. Prefer to talk it through first?
