The first step is a tear-down assessment at £45 + VAT, where we open the laptop up and trace the fault. After that we quote, so you know the cost before deciding. Replacement parts we fit carry a one-year warranty. If the files matter more than the laptop itself, we can also recover the data from a drive that has failed.
