Bring your Alienware to our workshop in London SE1, book a pickup, or post it to us from anywhere in the UK.
The first step is a tear-down assessment at £45 + VAT, where we open the laptop up and trace the fault. After that we quote, so you know the cost before deciding. Replacement parts we fit carry a one-year warranty.

Current Models (2026)
What goes wrong, and what we do about it.
Screen and display
Cracked panels, flickering or distorted images, dim backlights and dead displays.
Power and charging
Battery problems, damaged power sockets and laptops that won't charge or switch on.
Motherboard faults
Component-level diagnosis and repair on the board itself, rather than a costly swap.
Keyboard, hinges and casing
Dead keys, broken hinges, cracked casings and loose or snapped connectors.
Storage and data
Failing drives, storage and memory upgrades, and recovery of data from a laptop that won't boot.
Software and network
Viruses and spyware, crashes and lockups, operating system problems and wireless or network errors.
Replacement parts, with a one-year warranty
If a part has failed, we supply and fit the replacement. Replacement and service parts carry a one-year warranty.
It starts with a £45 assessment
We strip the laptop down and troubleshoot it at the bench, which takes time. Then you get a quote before any chargeable repair goes ahead.
