The first step is a tear-down assessment at £45 + VAT, where we open the laptop up and trace the fault. After that we quote, so you know the cost before deciding. Replacement parts we fit carry a one-year warranty. If the repair turns out not to make sense for a laptop of this age, you'll know that from the quote before you commit to anything.
