Every repair starts with a £45 + VAT assessment. We strip the laptop down and troubleshoot it at the bench, which takes time, and then quote before any chargeable work goes ahead. If the repair turns out not to make sense for a laptop of this age, you'll know that from the quote before you commit to anything.
